If you receive an inquiry from a patient needing haemodialysis while cruising, just complete the form below both with your information and the patient’s information, and after the patient returns from their cruise, we will send you £50 as a token of our appreciation for the referral.

Terms & Conditions
The Cruise Dialysis Refer a Patient program is applicable only to new referrals made after 8 July 2025 and does not apply to any reservations made before this date. The referred patient must be a new guest who has never contacted, sailed with or booked through Cruise Dialysis before. To receive the £50 referral reward, the patient must secure a new booking for a cruise of 7 nights or longer. If the patient cancels their booking, the referral reward will be forfeited. It is the duty of both the referrer and the referred to ensure that all provided information is accurate, and that the full name, email, and postcode correspond with the booking details. Referral rewards will be issued via bank transfer after the patient has returned from their cruise. These rewards cannot be transferred to another booking. Cruise Dialysis retains the right to withdraw this promotion at any time or implement any changes deemed necessary.
