Gudhjem/Bornholm/Denmark , 7.00 – 16.00 hrs

Gudhjem/Bornholm
Beautiful coastal and dune landscapes, half-timbered houses, small art galleries and smokehouses: “picturesque” is the perfect way to describe Gudhjem. Explore the north* or south* of the island with its traditional round churches or go fishing* along the coast.

Wed, 10.08.2016

Klaipeda/Lithuania, 7.00 – 17.00 hrs

Klaipeda
Even the expressionists and Thomas Mann, a winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature, were thrilled by this place: the Curonian Spit* is a wonderful natural landscape with sand dunes up to 60 m tall – ideal for a scenic journey* or a ride in a Curonian barge*.

With maritime flair and a fascinating range of architectural styles, Riga is home to Romanesque, Gothic, baroque, classical and art nouveau buildings. The Finnish capital is regarded as the “Paris of the north”. The city’s sights include the Sibelius Park and the Rock Church, and exploring the city on a traditional two-mast sailing boat* or on the historic tram* promises to be an unforgettable experience. Riding in the RIB* through the archipelago in the waters just off Helsinki will be no less exciting.

In the evening, why not see a classical ballet*: the ensemble is one of the most famous in the world.
